I followed the instructions listed in the readme.txt, when I use the exe, it opens up with a cmd prompt that says waiting for "Warcraft III.exe" to start... and when I do open warcraft III.exe via the launcher it immediately closes. How do I get it working?

    Configure browser push notifications
