License not working and new version detected as Wacatac Trojan?

Hi, i now contacted the support several times... wrote in the chatbox and still got no help! My license is running since 03/18 and when i put it in the .ini it says license expired or not valid for the product! so now a Week gone and i still can'T use it.... and the new version is detected by my defender as a Wacatac trojan.. the old version got not detected as a trojan... so do i get help or is everything just a scam?
