Reinstall all realtek/intel network drivers to the latest. 2. Tried it on Windows 10 pro 64bit same problem 3. Bought a new computer with NEW hardware with WIndows 11 home 64bit still the same problem. 4. Went into windows security disabled all all core isolation, memory integrity, kernel -mode, MS vulnerable driver blockist etc... NOTHING works... I will try this but removing my ethernet driver will stop my pc from connecting to the internet unless windows has a generic lan driver that would still allow me to connect.
