Hello,

i just purchased neon via a steam wallet code but now i cant see any purchases or orders under store > manage purchases or store > orders. I got a order number, and an email from you guys. If i follow the order from the email i get this error:

Sorry, there is a problem

We could not locate the item you are trying to view.

Error code: 2X215/1
