It has seem that wc3 version 1.29 was early release....

 

You can't even play full screen (ALL SCREEN FIT aka WIDE SCREEN) on warcraft 3....

 

So basically I'd wait on blizzard to fix this, it's impossible to play, I also heard that some abilities crash warcraft 3, because they mainly focus on fine details on graphics this patch.
