I think you should apply this part time license for new customers, not old customers... This is a matter of trust.

Firstly I would like to say that I like the brand new NeoN ingame menu layout, and the fact that you don't have to use numlock anymore. NeoN is no longer free. New (1.28f) version is ready and it costs 50$ for a lifetime license and future patches support. Kind of weird to change something that is LIFETIME?!

Error 5 is ERROR_ACCESS_DENIED and it means something is blocking access from neon Make sure game is not running as administrator and only neon is running as admin You should also disable any AV (or Windows Defender) you have or add neon to whitelist.

All neon versions below 1.30 can work even on windows xp In order to bypass blizzard's new anticheat releases in 1.30 I had to use a way which is only available in windows 10 Also the neon for reforged will also only support windows 10 since their anti cheat is the same.

its a matter of trust, as what users mentioned above. When users paid $50, they were promised that its a lifetime subscription. If they were told that it will be $50 for a limited time, I'm sure many users wouldn't have bought. Just imagine you go to a car shop and you buy a car, then after 4 months after you paid, they tell you that the car you bought doesn't belong to you anymore, and you need to pay monthly to use it.
